COVID-19 Information

The "CDC recommends that all people, regardless of symptoms, and whether or not they have had COVID-19 in the past, continue to take all recommended measures to prevent SARS-CoV-2 transmission (i.e., wear masks, stay 6 feet away from others whenever possible, and wash hands regularly)."
LadyVet Creative Designs, LLC will strictly follow CDC guidelines, and recommendations. We want to ensure that we provide safe products to all our customers. Therefore, at this time we will be accepting limited returns on a case by case basis only. (Please refer to our Store Policies)
COVID-19 has not caused any delays with processing "ready to go" products (i.e. beauty & spa items) from LadyVet Creative Designs. However, please allow  an additional 1-3 business days for processing custom-made products (Please refer to our Store Policies) Feel free to check individual courier services as they have the latest tracking, and delay information pertaining to their service(s).
If you or a family member think you may have COVID-19 or any of its signs and/or symptoms, have encountered anyone who has COVID-19, please seek medical attention right away!
